CELEBRATION of 99th BIRTHDAY OF MO. JO
FAREWELL FOR ANA OF CJ, TDS
LIFE DIRECTION SESSION PART I

May 5, 2013 was a day loaded with three various Spirit-filled events.  One is the Life Direction Session Part 1 facilitated by the Butinya and Provincial House Communities, represented by Sr. Maria and Sr. Maripaz, respectively.  Eight (8) young ladies attended the said event from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.  Two of them are fresh college graduates, one young adult professional, one SSJ  Provincial House collaborator, and 4 college students.  Most of them manifested signs of deep faith in and gratitude to God and a sincere search for His will for each one of them.

The second significant event was the 99th birthday celebration of Mo. Josefina Sajo consisting of a Eucharistic Celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Martin, CMF, and a lunch specially prepared in their honor.  The relatives of Mo. Jo, a Lay Josephine, and many Siervas de San Jose of the Luzon Cluster, joined the celebration.   Since part of the Session was attendance at the Celebration for Mo. Josefina Sajo, the participants of the Life Direction Part 1 were also present.

The third significant event was the farewell for Ana, who works for Comercio Justo of the Taller de Solidaridad, which was integrated into the Eucharist and luncheon for Mo. Jo, as a token of gratitude and joy for her presence, support, and invaluable contribution to the Talleres de Nazaret in Holy Family Province.  Ana was scheduled to fly back home to Spain that evening.

A bonus to the graced moments was a caucus among the Siervas de San Jose present regarding the senatorial candidates as well as the realities happening in relation to the forthcoming elections, for information leading to enlightened decisions during said elections.
